::Yuri's Forces::

Chameleon Spy

Yuri's twist on the spy - why bother disguising yourself when the enemy can't see you in the first place? Chameleon Spies do not disguise and have no weapons, but are "cloaked" and can only be revealed by being sniffed out by dogs.

Phoenix Trooper

  The Phoenix is a new "psychic berserker". It starts with an enhanced telekinetic warrior. When the phoenix fights he can use telekinetic blasts torock tanks and ignite infantry and structures. But when his true latent power is activated, the fun really begins. The soldier explodes into fire... and a new unit, a Pheonix Berserker, is born. Composed of pure energy, it is essentially a rage elemental, and it rampages about a base, but it is entirely uncontrollable and kills everything it sees. It has allegiance to no one. It cannot be controlled.

Stingray
  This addition to Yuri's naval forces fills a desperately needed hole in his forces. The Stingray is a light hydrofoil craft that serves as Yuri's "base unit" (the Boomer now requires a Tech Lab). Stingrays can do minor inland bombardments, take some damage, provide anti-naval and anti-air capabilities, and basically perform all naval vehicle functions including sub hunting. It just doesn't do everything well. It trades power for versatility.

Kinetic Cannon

  Also known as a "Reflector", the Kinetic Cannon reflects the kinetic energy of a unit into itself. For infantry this causes little more than a case of heartburn. For vehicles which zip across the landscape on powerful multi-hundred-horsepower engines, this can cause tragedy. The vehicle gets smacked by it's own force and flips right over. Rumors have been flying that Yuri is experimenting with Kinetic cannons on Tanks, but it's unknown whether or not these are unfounded.
